This type of cutter is the traditional type of cutting tool where the cutting tip is permanently braised onto the cutter body. These types of cutters are usually the most economical for lower volume production and applications where there is no need for consistently uniform profiles. These cutters can be custom made to any specification. 

 

We produce a complete range of shank type cutting tools from the smallest trimming bits for handheld machines to intricate profile routers for the largest CNC routers and point-to-point machines. Router bits are produced using tungsten carbide insert cutting tips as well as braised tungsten carbide.
